Through research and personal experience, I found that some of the greatest struggles women face today are a lack of self-confidence, not feeling good enough, maintaining healthy habits, time management and work-life balance. This has an enormous influence on our ability to be successful both personally and professionally.
I see my role as a coach as creating a safe space where you can gain awareness of assumptions or perceptions which stand in the way of you tapping into your true, authentic self. The coaching process I take my clients through is a deeply transformational experience that includes one-on-one coaching sessions, reflection, meditation, experimentation and more. The coaching method I developed is designed to support you in understanding what might be holding you back, why you might have a lack of self-confidence and how you can transform, grow, learn and become the authentic, self-confident and successful woman you were born to be.
Rolene’s coaching focuses on women, between the ages of 25 and 50 years, who feel stuck and want to discover and embrace their true authentic selves in the quest to live their life purpose and reach their full potential.
A Transformative Self-Confidence Coaching journey with Rolene, primarily consist of the following:
Six (6) x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, OR one (1) x 120-minute one-on-one coaching session in person or virtually.
For the greatest growth and results, Rolene suggests a minimum of 6 coaching sessions spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart. You are also welcome to continue with the coaching relationship if you wish to.
A coaching journey with Rolene is deeply transformational and becomes an emotional and explorative voyage. Rolene thus only coaches women 25 years or older.

In essence, coaching is the process where a client discovers their true authentic selves, break through limiting beliefs, gain emotional freedom, heal, transform and unlock unlimited potential while discovering how to live their life purpose. Other described outcomes of coaching include increased self-awareness, resilience, self-confidence and self-efficacy, better communication, work-life balance and increased mental health.
The client could seek coaching as a result of two experiences; the client is faced with a challenge and wants to overcome this, or has a specific goal she wants to reach. Once the coaching relationship commences, coaching is a personal relationship and partnership between a coach and a client where each party agrees to uphold their obligations for the coaching relationship to be successful.
The coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour required of a professional coach and the client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and fully engage and devote herself to the coaching process.
Coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of the client’s life, including work, finances, health and relationships, but it is ultimately the Client’s decision how she incorporates coaching into each aspect of her life. The client is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered through coaching in order to reach her full potential and live her life purpose unapologetically.
